Last week, Bilz hosted a comprehensive technical training course focusing on the latest developments and technologies in the field of electronic systems. The participants, our international representatives of the company, gained insights into the importance of electronic systems for various applications as well as relevant aspects of quality assurance in production and maintenance. The training provided an important basis for our experts to continue their education and exchange experiences in a rapidly advancing technological environment.
The training covered basic concepts such as transfer functions and center of gravity calculation, which Uwe Steudel visually explained to the participants. One of the main focuses was on the explanation of the differences between the previous and the new Electronic Pneumatic Level Control System (EPN) by David Brenk, who illustrated this with a practical demonstration, among other things. Zwick’s dynamic test system, known for its high measuring and testing accuracy in technical applications, was also presented.
Another important part of the training was training in measurement technology, particular in vibration measurements, which are crucial for quality assurance and fault analysis. Ulrich Warbinek performed the participants through the special electronic control systems EPPC, AIS and e-Stable and explained the challenges of these technologies as well as possible solutions.
Overall, the technical training at Bilz was considered a great success, as it not only provided our participants with comprehensive knowledge, but also offered practical insights that can be applied directly in their respective areas of work.
