General Product description

Application area
  • Application proven and highly effective plate element, preferably for light to medium-heavy machines with corresponding locating holes or threads in the machine feet.
  • BNRS element is used wherever a rigid connection between element and machine is required.
  • The movable levelling bolt can compensate for any unevenness of the floor or angular differences of up to ± 3°

Technical data and variants

Note
  • The specified maximum load is composed of static and dynamic loading of the machine. The best insulation effect is achieved at approximately 80-90 % of the specified maximum load.
  • The type of insulation pads used can be found in the type description, e.g. BNR 80/4 is equipped with B4, BNRS 115/0 with B0 etc.
  • Permissible temperature range: -20 °C to +80 °C
Insulation pad properties

B4:

  • Medium hard pad with good vibration and structure-borne noise insulation.
  • Universal application

B0:

  • Non profile insulation pad with very high levelling consistency, e.g. for lathes, machining centres etc.

B30W:

  • Soft matching for a very good insulation effect, e.g. for grinding machines, test equipment, measuring machines, etc.

Levelling and fixing screws

  • The galvanised levelling and fixing bolts for BNV / BNVS elements can be supplied on request with one nut and one washer each. Please specify the size when ordering.
  • The type of bolt must be selected according to the static and dynamic load in the application. We will be happy to assist you with this.
