Bilz levelling wedges are designed for mechanical engineering applications in industry and research – particularly for use in metrology, the semiconductor industry, nanotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical engineering and cleanroom environments.

They provide effective vibration and structure-borne noise isolation, making them ideal for supporting and stiffening machine beds.

Thanks to their large contact surfaces, they ensure maximum stability and are available in numerous sizes and variants: free‑standing, machine‑side bolt‑on, or through‑bolted to the foundation.

Reliable isolation even under extreme loads

The proven design principle of Bilz precision levelling wedges enables fast and precise alignment with leveling accuracy in the hundredth‑millimetre range – even under loads exceeding 100 tons per wedge.

The high self‑locking capability of the leveling screw prevents unintentional adjustment due to vibration.

Individually configurable to your requirements

By combining them with suitable Bilz isolation pads, optimal force transmission and vibration isolation can be achieved – precisely matched to your application.
