    Composite material made of nitrile rubber (NBR) and cork particles
    Embedded in a cotton‑fibre composite
    Properties vary depending on the pad grade / pad type

  • Properties
    Very good damping characteristics
    Optimal deflection and level stability
    Suitable for static and dynamic loads
  • Processing / Cutting
    Can be cut using a circular saw or band saw
    Special dimensions available on request
    Cutting tolerance: DIN 7715 / T5, class P3
  • Design / Load
    Maximum load = static + dynamic machine load
    Optimal insulating performance at 80–90% of the specified maximum load
  • VariantsSelected pad types also available with single‑sided profiling, Identification example: B4‑1
    W‑version: waffle structure for compensating floor unevenness, Examples: B32W, B30W, B13W
  • FrictionThe specified coefficient of friction applies to standard industrial concrete floors
  • NoteTechnical modifications reserved
  • Special NoteB13W is also available as pad set (e.g., for foundation isolation).

    Polyalkylene, carboxylic acid esters, antifreeze

    Petrol, diesel fuel, heating oil, aviation fuel, special fuels

  • Fire-resistant hydraulic fluids

    Oil-in-water emulsions, water-in-oil emulsions, aqueous polymer solutions

  • Mineral oils

    Common water-miscible cooling lubricants, ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid), cooling lubricants, water-miscible anti corrosive oils, slideway oils, compressed air oils, lubricating oils, heat transfer oils, filter oils, rolling oils, automotive gear oils, brake fluids based on mineral oil

  • Cleaning Agents

    Hydro-chlorofluorocarbons, benzene, cold cleaner

  • Cleaning Agents (Aqueous solutions)

    Washing and cleaning agents, wetting agents, dilute acids, dilute alkalis, salt solutions
