Background

Nidec SYS GmbH, based in Grafenau, is a leading player in the market for high‑speed stamping and forming technology. Task

In addition, sensitive components such as control and measurement systems are protected, significantly extending the service life of the equipment.

In combination with our mechanical level control system, the servo spindle press maintains its precise level at all times. When the load changes, the air pressure in the air springs is adjusted accordingly, meaning the air spring is inflated or deflated depending on the load.

The solution is easy to install, requires minimal maintenance, and makes a significant contribution to increasing the productivity and reliability of the entire production line.
