General product description

Description series PKD-VA
  • Bilz precision levelling wedge PKD-VA (bolt-through) in stainless steel version 1.4301.
  • The levelling wedge is very easy to adjust.
  • Bolt-through Bilz precision levelling wedge PKD-VA are used for machines that must be anchored due to unfavourable centre of gravity conditions.
Applications
  • Machines in the food and luxury food industry, packaging, chemical and recycling industry
  • For applications in clean rooms, we provide special solutions
    without lubricants.

We are also able to develop special solutions. We are always happy to offer our advice.

Technical Data and Variants

Note
  • The specified maximum load is composed of static and dynamic loading of the machine.
  • All sizes also available with stainless steel spherical seat (PKDK-VA).
  • Vibration Isolation is possible by adding Bilz insolation pads
    (also in EPDM or VITON)
  • Permissible temperature range: -20 °C bis +200 °C (depending on assembly)
  • General tolerances in accordance with ISO 2768 mK
