General product description

Application
  • Cost-effective stainless steel design for machines with corresponding locating holes or threads in the machine feet in the food, packaging, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
  • The movable levelling bolt can compensate for any unevenness of the floor or angular differences of up to ± 7.5°.
  • Levelling elements series BFE cannot be used in combination with Bilz insulation pads.

Note
  • The specified maximum load is composed of static and dynamic loading of the machine. The best insulation effect is achieved at approximately 80-90 % of the specified maximum load.
  • Permissible temperature range: -20 °C to +80 °C

Levelling and fixing bolts

  • A variety of different bolts are available for the respective types of levelling elements.
  • The choice of bolt type must be made according to the static and dynamic load in the application. We will be happy to help you with this.
  • The stainless steel bolts for the BFE elements have a standard thread and are suitable for all element sizes. They are supplied with 2 nuts and 2 washers each and are available in numerous combinations.
