Last week, Bilz once again organized a comprehensive technical training course dealing with the latest developments and technologies in the field of electronic systems. International representatives of our company were given an insight into the importance of these systems for various applications as well as relevant aspects of quality assurance in production and maintenance. The training provided an essential basis for our experts to continue their education and exchange experiences in an advancing technological environment.
The training covered basic concepts such as transfer functions and center of gravity calculation, which Uwe Steudel clearly explained to the participants. The main focus was on explaining the differences between the previous and the new electronic pneumatic level control (EPN), which Tobias Hoffmann illustrated with a practical demonstration. The dynamic test system from Zwick, known for its high measuring and testing accuracy in technical applications, was also presented.
Another component of the training was training in the field of measurement technology, in particular vibration measurements, which are crucial for quality assurance and fault analysis. David Brenk led the participants through the special electronic control systems EPPC, AIS and e-Stable and explained the challenges of these technologies as well as possible solutions.
Overall, the technical training at Bilz was considered a great success, as it not only provided the participants with comprehensive knowledge, but also offered practical insights that can be applied directly in their respective areas of work.
