In times of a pandemic, in-service training with online classes and a highly fluctuating workload is a major challenge. Our employees can therefore be particularly proud of their successfully completed examinations, which were financed by Bilz: Carmen Turiano became a human resources specialist (IHK), which will allow her to work increasingly in the area of human resources in the future, and Andreas Bäuerle became a certified business specialist (IHK).
